I literally just called to speak with someone for help. When I was given the price I told her ‘I’d call around and get back to her’ because the price for the extraction wasn’t quite within my seeking range. She immediately cut me off and told me “okay that’s fine, I won’t waste your time or mine and hung up before I could say anything further. I definitely won’t be sitting in a dentist’ chair where I feel I couldn’t even be treated with respect over the phone. God bless

They are not open 24 hours. They only take calls 24 hours. Their times are limited and the name changed from. The Dentist Raleigh to Triangle Dentist. I drove over an hour because I had an tooth that broke in half. I should have not trusted the information on their site. Waste of time and money.

Only rated 1 star because that's the lowest. Rude, unprofessional, and probably a scam. They tell you the insurance covers the procedure, then at the office they don't know anything about it and you have to pay cash. Then they bill your insurance. Anywhere is better than this place. Update: this place is definitely a scam. Said they wouldn't bill me, but they did. Had to go to the bank to get it refunded. Found out they also charged my insurance and medicaid.

SCAM! You start off by calling the emergency line to make an appointment and they are VERY unprofessional, rude, and just nasty. Pretty sure if I saw them in person, I’d smack fire out of them. Then when you get to the actual office, it’s no better. The front desk lady said “okay today’s visit will be $230”. We paid the $230 and they took my husband back. I wait 30 minutes just for them to tell me “okay so he needs an extraction and that’ll be $338”. They tried numbing him 7 times and nothing worked so we left with no work being done or our money. We’ve called/text them for 5 days about a refund and when they answer the phone, they are EXTREMELY RUDE and don’t care about anything you’re saying. RHONDA the receptionist at the Raleigh office is a piece of trash and rude. When we called, she rushed my husband off the phone and barely let him get a word in before she said “okay I’ll be in the request to the claims department” and hung up. I will never recommend them to anyone EVER and we’ll never be back. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience ANYWHERE!!! Zero stars

Clarifications: It's not 24 hours. Please call and get an appointment before leaving. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. Review: Based on emergency, I was able to get an appointment 9n Sunday afternoon (as of that day, 10AM-2PM they attended emergency dental cases). The dentist and his assistant were very welcoming and tried to make my visit as pain free and comfortable as possible. The billing was brought to me well before the procedure to maintain transparency. I have a routine checkup after 4 weeks. Trustworthy place, for an emergency appointment. Things to expect: Based on the number of patients and dentist's availability on a Sunday, waiting time was more. But I was okay with it. At least, this was a rare dentist place open on Sunday for help, in the neighborhood. Only patients are allowed to avoid crowding (for adults). Insurance details need to be provided during the appointment to maintain easier billing.
